Plan a clear screen-recording workflow
A useful tutorial begins with a clear task and a short outline. Record a small test before capturing the full session.
Prepare your sources
In OBS Studio, put your screen, microphone and any camera source into a scene. Check that the right window is visible and that private notifications are hidden.
Review before publishing
Listen to your test recording with headphones. If you need a separate audio edit, Audacity provides a dedicated editing workspace. Use HandBrake if a delivery copy needs format conversion.
These tools have different jobs: capture first, edit only what needs attention, then check the exported file. See the OBS knowledge base and HandBrake documentation for detailed setup.
